Which Spotify plan should you choose?
Student — Rs 199
You are enrolled at an accredited college or university. It is half the Individual price, and Spotify asks you to verify your enrolment.
Duo or Family
Duo gives two accounts for Rs 519; Family gives up to six for Rs 679. Each person keeps their own playlists and recommendations.
Individual — Rs 379
You are the only listener, or the people you would share with live somewhere else. That rules out Duo and Family.
Duo and Family are for people at the same address. Spotify states this in its plan terms, and members can be asked to confirm their address. Splitting a Family plan with friends in other cities breaks those terms.
Free trials and offers in Pakistan
Spotify regularly runs a free trial for people who have never had Premium. In September 2026 it offered new Individual subscribers three months for Rs 0, then Rs 379 a month, and new Student subscribers one month free, then Rs 199.
If you have had Premium before, you usually cannot use these trials again. Set a reminder before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
How to pay for Spotify in Pakistan
Spotify takes debit and credit cards enabled for online international payments.
