1. When Can an Order Be Cancelled?
An order may be cancelled only before the digital product, account credentials, or subscription details have been delivered or activated, provided that the order has not yet been processed.
Once an order has been processed, activated, or the account credentials have been delivered to the customer, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Because our products are digital and often delivered instantly, customers should carefully review their selected product, plan, duration, and requirements before completing payment.
2. How to Request an Order Cancellation
If your order is eligible for cancellation, you must contact TheOttDeals through our official customer support channel and provide:

Cancellation requests submitted without sufficient order information may be delayed until the order can be properly verified.
3. Cancellation Time Limit

4. Digital Product & Instant Delivery Disclaimer
TheOttDeals primarily provides digital subscriptions, accounts, and electronically delivered products. Once account credentials, login information, activation details, or other digital access information have been delivered to the customer, the product is considered fulfilled.
After delivery or activation, cancellation is generally not permitted simply because the customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer requires the service.
Any eligible refund after delivery will be handled strictly according to our Refund Policy.
5. Account Credentials & Security Requirements
Customers are required to follow all instructions provided by TheOttDeals regarding the use and security of the supplied account. Where we clearly instruct customers not to change the account email address, password, profile information, security settings, or other account credentials, customers must not make such changes.
These restrictions exist to protect the account, maintain service availability, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure that the account remains accessible throughout the purchased subscription period.
Strict Account Modification Policy
If a customer changes the password, email address, security information, or other restricted account details despite our clear instructions, the following policy applies:
First violation: The customer may receive one formal warning, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. The customer may be required to restore the account information to its original condition.
Repeated violation: If the customer repeats the same prohibited action after receiving a warning, TheOttDeals reserves the right to cancel the order and terminate the provided account immediately. This rule applies even if the customer has only recently received the account or has only had access to it for a short period.
6. Unauthorized Email or Password Changes
Any attempt to:
- •Replace the provided account email with a personal email address;
- •Change or reset the account password;
- •Remove or replace existing recovery information;
- •Modify security settings;
- •Add unauthorized recovery methods;
- •Take ownership or control of an account provided by TheOttDeals;
- •Prevent TheOttDeals from accessing or managing the supplied account;
- •Repeatedly modify restricted account information;
may be treated as a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions.
In such circumstances, TheOttDeals reserves the right to cancel the order, terminate the account, and deny further support or replacement, where permitted under the applicable Refund Policy. The age of the order does not override this rule. An order may be cancelled due to a serious or repeated policy violation even if only one day, several days, or a significant portion of the subscription period has passed.
7. Wrong Product or Duplicate Order
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product or place a duplicate order, please contact us immediately. Where the order has not yet been delivered or activated, we may be able to cancel or modify the order.
Once the digital product has been delivered or activated, the request will be reviewed according to our Refund Policy and the circumstances of the order. Approval is not guaranteed.
8. Technical Errors
If an order was placed or processed due to a technical error, duplicate transaction, incorrect system processing, or another verified issue attributable to TheOttDeals, we may review and resolve the matter through cancellation, replacement, correction, or refund, as appropriate. Customers must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify the issue.
9. Cancellation Due to Policy Violations
TheOttDeals reserves the right to cancel or terminate an order where a customer:
- •Repeatedly violates account-use instructions;
- •Attempts to take unauthorized control of a provided account;
- •Changes restricted credentials after being instructed not to do so;
- •Attempts to change the supplied email address to their own;
- •Attempts to change, reset, or replace the supplied password without authorization;
- •Misuses the provided account;
- •Attempts to bypass account restrictions;
- •Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
- •Provides false or misleading information; or
- •Violates TheOttDeals' Terms and Conditions.
In such cases, cancellation may occur regardless of how much time has passed since the original purchase, including where the order was placed or delivered only one day earlier.
10. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. The refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method and the applicable payment provider.
Cancellation of an order does not automatically guarantee a refund. Eligibility for a refund will be determined according to the applicable Refund Policy.
11. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders will generally not be eligible for cancellation where:

- •The subscription has already been activated;
- •The customer has accessed or used the digital product;
- •The customer has violated account-use instructions;
- •The customer has repeatedly changed restricted account information;

- •The request is based solely on a change of mind after digital delivery.
Any exception will be considered solely at the discretion of TheOttDeals and in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

TheOttDeals may provide shared, managed, or otherwise restricted digital accounts. Customers must carefully follow all instructions supplied with their order. Do not change the email address, password, recovery information, security settings, or other account credentials unless TheOttDeals has specifically authorized you to do so.
A first violation may result in a warning and a request to restore the account. Repeated violations, unauthorized attempts to change ownership-related information, or attempts to replace the provided email/password with personal credentials may result in immediate order cancellation and account termination.
This policy may apply even if the customer has only received the account one day earlier.
